Docusign will undertake a planned disaster recovery exercise on Sunday, May 11, from 3:00 AM UTC to 5:00 AM UTC. The scope of this exercise is to perform a regional full-platform failover of eSignature and IAM in the NA1 Production environment..
This exercise is not expected to cause downtime or impact eSignature or IAM services, however we are notifying customers as a precautionary measure.
Docusign will be conducting necessary maintenance impacting CLM NA11 Production Saturday, May 10, 2025 from 00:00 AM UTC to 04:00 AM UTC. During this time, there may be brief periods of interruption in service. If this occurs, you may reattempt the action or retry after the maintenance window. Users may observe absent or incomplete data in reports during this window and will need to retry after the maintenance window. Please contact Docusign Support if you have any questions or concerns.

On May 10, 2025 between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM UTC, Docusign CLM will perform a SSO certificate replacement for the springcm.com domain in the CLM PRODUCTION environment.

On May 8, 2025 between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM UTC, Docusign CLM will perform a public certificate Wildcard for the springcm.com domain in the CLM PRODUCTION environment.

We are informing you that Docusign has updated the Subprocessor List for Docusign Services.
Below are the key changes:
Added Liquid, Inc. as an Optional Service Add-On Subprocessor for Identity Verification (IDV) and Trust Service Provider (TSP) Services
You may object to a subprocessor by emailing privacy@docusign.com with the subject line “Subprocessor Objection,” along with your name, your company’s name, the name of the Docusign service, the name of the subprocessor, and the specific grounds for objection.

We are currently experiencing an extraordinarily high volume of envelope purge requests in NA2. As a result, envelope purges may take longer than 14 days. We are actively working to resolve this issue.
